Austin Woolard, FNP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in acute and post-acute care. He is committed to compassionate, patient-centered healthcare and enjoys supporting patients through recovery and rehabilitation with thoughtful, individualized care plans.

Austin finds it most rewarding to identify a problem, create a plan, and see patients experience meaningful improvements. He believes a positive attitude and sense of humor can make a big difference in patient care.

Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and their dogs. His hobbies include hiking, tinkering on his cars, painting, and challenging himself with long-distance running.
