Matt Black, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant providing orthopedic care at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, Idaho. He earned his Master of Clinical Health Services from the University of Washington MEDEX Northwest and brings extensive experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, trauma care, and musculoskeletal injuries.

Prior to becoming a physician assistant, Matt spent more than 20 years serving as a Fire Captain, Paramedic, and Flight Paramedic, caring for patients in high-acuity trauma and critical care settings. His background includes evaluating and treating fractures, joint injuries, lacerations, and other acute orthopedic conditions.
