Samantha Garrison, DNP

Samantha Garrison, DNP, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in gastroenterology at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, Idaho. Having called Lewiston home for more than 25 years, she is proud to care for patients in the community where she and her family live and work. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Idaho State University and is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Before advancing to her role as a nurse practitioner, Samantha built a strong foundation in perioperative nursing, where she developed a deep appreciation for patient advocacy, safety, and education. Her clinical interests include functional bowel disorders, liver disease management, and preventive strategies that promote long-term digestive health. Samantha is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and believes in empowering patients through education and collaboration. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
